Completely blown away by their level of service. I needed a few things fixed on my Subaru, they were in constant communication and were very respectful of my availability and budget. They scheduled me in very quickly. I also needed new tires and an alignment. I was able to get tires delivered there and they were extremely flexible fitting that into their schedule. By far the most convenient and pleasant vehicle experience I have ever had. I am now a lifelong customer!

I called after having four new tires installed. My car was seriously out of alignment which the old tires proved. Mogavero’s were able to get me quickly and do a great job of aligning the car and giving it a much smoother ride. They were very professional and called me when the work was complete. I will be using Mogavero’s in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Got an inspection while I waited. Was done on appointment time very quickly . needed some minor repairs , they didn’t proceed till I gave them the ok. Highly recommend !

Ron came highly recommended by another Auto Service. I asked him to take a look at my car. He fit me right in. He was honest and upfront and didn't charge me for his time. He, along with his whole staff, was friendly and respectful.

Today, when I called to reschedule a time to finish up the repairs, Sarah told me parts would be at the shop Monday so I asked if I could sit with my car then after I got out of work. When I tried to clarify to see if it was at all possible to get my car same day that the parts were delivered there. She told me that they would need at least 3 hours to do the repair and that they didn’t have the time to do it Monday. It didn’t register in my brain that Monday was out of the question so I’d have to pick a different day. When I asked a second time if we could do it Monday, she got an attitude with me; told me the phone was ringing; and then hung up the phone on me. When I went to go pick up my car, the keys were exactly where I was told they would be but my car was locked. I’m normally pretty satisfied with Mogaveros service because it’s normally very good, but today, I wasn't a fan of the customer service I got today. I will still be bringing my car back there for service but the customer service was not good.

Mogavero's Automotive is an outstanding auto repair business! My husband and I have been with them for almost three years now. Rachael and Ronnie are amazing humans! They truly care about their clients, and everyone that works there is knowledgeable! When it comes to mechanic shops, Mogaveros is definitely number one in my book!

I've brought my vehicles here before but it was when my mechanic couldn't (preferred not to)do something. They always been super accommodating but this time they went above and beyond helping me get things fixed in my old (2009) car. I will always be grateful and sing their praises to any that ask. I can never thank EVERYONE enough. It was a team effort and my car and I will be cruising the city again. Thank you and may God Bless a thousand times over.

They take care of you the fastest they can with the best hourly prices! Both clerks are amazing and so helpful. Mechanics will even let u come into the shop to see the problem and see what u want done!

My girlfriend and I had an issue with our vehicle. Sarah Johnson quickly assisted us to get an appointment. Ron Mogavero’s team of mechanics was top notch and had our vehicle up and running in a very timely fashion. Very professional, courteous and efficient. 120 dollars for an oil change? OUCH! Looks like lil jimmy will be eating ramen for the week. Go down the road for this service to Batavia Automotive. It’ll be 60 bucks at the most. I should have been a mechanic

Hands-down, one of the best repair shops I’ve been to in a long time. It starts with the women behind the desk. They are extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and very nice! To the gentleman who fixed my car. I appreciate the full inspection report. At checkout, I received very thorough documentation on my car. Tread pad battery life…. The paperwork included diagrams of the alignment and pictures of what the problems were. This is not your average appointment, They go above and beyond. This full inspection report helps you with future repairs or problems. Thank you. I will be returning and highly recommending!

Absolutely wonderful! We got our Ford focus done here the 31st they did amazing work on it. Even fixed our back plate that was dangling and they didn't have to. We will be returning with all our car issues and car needs.and will be referring you to people we know!

Not my normal mechanic but we needed an alignment on an older car. Very nice staff and they were open about something that will be a future problem and explained how to deal with it without pressuring us to make a costly repair. Nice folks. Seem honest.
